Annealed Wire

Annealed wire, also called black annealed wire, is soft low-carbon steel wire used mainly for tying rebar, binding and general construction work. Kin Metal supplies black annealed wire in Q195, 0.8-5.2 mm diameters, annealed for flexibility and easy handling on site.
Annealed Wire Applications
Black annealed wire is the standard tying wire for rebar and reinforcement mesh in concrete construction. Its softness makes it easy to twist by hand or with pliers without breaking, and it is also used for bundling pipes, wires and agricultural products, and for making wire netting and hangers.
Specifications and Packing
We supply annealed wire in coils from 1 kg small bundles to heavy export coils, and as straight cut lengths. Standard diameters are 0.8 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm and 4.0 mm, with custom sizes on request.
